What is decisive is the practical application, the experienced leadership behavior. Being and remaining authentic is easier said than done. My role is to translate what I have heard and experienced into behavioral patterns and to work out action areas and action plans. As your coach, I give you open, direct feedback. And make sure that you have the right leadership tools in your hiking bag and that you can apply them.
My Competence
With more than 20 years as a "Global Industrial Nomad", living and working in India, China, Turkey and Brazil, I know that there is no such thing as "the standard backpack" of leadership tools. What works in one country may not prove effective in another country, company, or cultural environment. In other words, the machete helps in the Brazilian jungle, but for work in Stuttgart’s vineyards, you need a pair of pruning shears. The point is to acquire a portfolio of leadership tools and behaviors and to apply them appropriate to the situation.
