Convincing stakeholders with their different personalities is critical for success. Recognizing power, values, norms, and behavior patterns is compulsory. Likewise, the manners at the respective hierarchical level.

Your Challenges

Individual topics and issues in the operational context are becoming increasingly complex. The constantly changing professional environment creates uncertainty. Above all, individual needs are very different. Career beginners tend to look for orientation, project managers need to master a diverse project environment. Young and experienced managers want inspiring leadership qualities. Top decision-makers prefer sparring at eye level outside their own company. A dialog with one's own employees or superiors on personal, individual challenges does not always present itself or is often perceived as a weakness.

Our Approach

The mentoring script does not follow a fixed, predefined agenda or sequence of topics. The individual issues or challenges in the operational context are jointly identified and analyzed. An exchange of knowledge, experience and best practices creates a framework of options. A look at the prevailing conditions helps to determine how effective individual approaches and actions will be. A regular exchange is the regulative to readjust in time if necessary. Dealing with power, success, criticism, feelings, and emotional intelligence is learned. The same applies to conduct, diplomacy, and stakeholder management in the respective business context. Of course, everyone decides for themselves which recommendations to apply. As your sparring partner and mentor with an external, neutral lens, I create "protected spaces" for an open exchange.

My Competence

In a workshop, the craftsman's expertise and experience are critical for the correct use of tools. Through the diversity of my professional career, I bring a global and intercultural business competence to the table. I don't have an immediate ready-made solution for every problem. But based on my many years of experience in a wide variety of functions, I trust myself to be a good adviser, a "global mentor." And if necessary, I can provide access to my international network for an exchange.
